Hello and welcome to my website. I am an artist living in Gloucestershire and because I love painting en plein air you will find amongst my work examples of landscapes from around and about this area as well as scenes from trips around Britain and Italy.

I also paint portraits either from life sittings or from photographs supplied by clients. My inspiration comes from the Impressionists and Post Impressionists whose use of colour, light and later form, created such vibrant images. Every brushstroke, sweep of a knife or dab of paint shows the joy of painting which is then shared with the viewer.
